Quarterly, we hold meetings with all shifts to share information about the business. For us, this interaction and exchange of information is very important. 2020 brought some challenges along with the Coronavirus pandemic that made us adapt to a new normal. Not informing our team was not an option, so we are holding the meetings in podcast format. Last week, August 27th, part of the C-suite executives held a round table to present the Q3 results to the whole company virtually.
