Berwyn, Pa., Nov. 5, 2021 – AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Nino DiPietro as Vice President, Audit Services. Mr. DiPietro most recently served as Director, Audit Services. Mr. DiPietro began his career at AMETEK as part of the company’s Financial Management Development Program and has since taken on roles of increasing responsibility in the finance industry. Prior to rejoining AMETEK in 2019 as Corporate Director, Mr. DiPietro served as Vice President, Finance at FlexLink Systems, Inc. and CFO at CRC Industries, Inc. with the Berwind Corporation. Mr. DiPietro holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Berwyn, Pa., Nov. 5, 2021 – The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2021. This fourth quarter dividend is payable December 24, 2021 to shareholders of record as of December 8, 2021.
AMETEK’s third quarter 2021 sales were a record $1.44 billion, a 28% increase over the third quarter of 2020, with organic sales growth of 17%. Operating income increased 25% to a record $337.6 million and operating margins were 23.4% with strong core operating margin expansion. “Our businesses continue to perform exceedingly well in a challenging environment. Our success reflects the hard work and commitment of all AMETEK colleagues worldwide as well as the power of the AMETEK Growth Model. Our differentiated businesses, diversified market exposures and proven operating model provide us the ability to drive long-term, sustainable growth,” continued Mr. Zapico.

Our Financial Management Program (FMP) will provide you with challenging professional assignments to prepare you to become part of AMETEK's Financial Management team at the completion of the program. You will have the opportunity to participate in three 1-year rotational assignments in areas such as cost accounting, financial analysis, internal audit and others.
