As one of America’s 2023 Most Responsible Companies, we continue to invest in technologies to steward the #environment and care for people as we add #housing to the market. Recently, we expanded our existing renewable energy pilot program from select amenity centers to the newly built Bella Luna community located in the Las Vegas, NV, region, where we’re developing our first solar-enabled homes. Working in partnership with Elevation Solar LLC, our third-party energy solutions provider, we’re integrating this #solartechnology at the early stages of construction. Solar panels are expected to be installed at all 86 planned properties this year. Bella Luna homes are also being furnished with an innovative engineered HVAC duct system known as Rheia, designed to create a more balanced temperature environment in the home, resulting in additional #energyefficiency benefits as well as greater resident comfort. We've already built over 7,200 new homes in beautiful communities across the country, with thousands of homes more under development.

This #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re celebrating women’s contributions to history, culture, and society, by highlighting female leaders in our organization who are making a positive impact on our workplace and industry. We work hard to maintain an environment of trust, respect, and belonging, where individuals are empowered to collaborate and take initiative. And we continually aspire to cultivate an inclusive workforce that reflects the diversity of our resident communities.” — Lisa Phelps, Senior Vice President of Human Resources
