Amy spoke alongside other key leaders on the importance of safety procedures, and sharing other key insights in the industry. We are proud to introduce the 911 Nurse Navigation program in Hinds County, a solution that helps 911 dispatchers connect callers with an additional resource for situations in which medical concerns may not require a visit to the emergency department. This initiative demonstrates our ongoing commitment to support community-focused care, and we look forward to the positive impact it will bring to the region.
