Yesterday, our very own Dr. Chang Choi (Partner and Regional Medical Director) and Dr. Kasey Schnebly (Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner and Director of Performance Improvement) played in the Calvert Golf Outing – sponsored by Adfinitas Health. Dr. Choi was joined by his son and Kasey was joined by her father, Gary. These pictures are proof that Adfinitas is one big family! We wanted to share these wonderful photos. Kasey shared “It was a beautiful day, and I loved the quality time that I spent with my Dad.” PS – despite the misspelling of Kasey’s last name, the photo of her and her father, Gary, was too good not to share! #AdfinitasHealth #AdfinitasStrong #WorkFamily #Family #CompanyCulture #Culture
Adfinitas Health would like to take this opportunity to highlight Kasey Schnebly's contributions to the success of our company. "Stepping up and leaning in” is what we have been requesting from our people during the COVID crisis; wholeheartedly, Kasey has embraced our “call to action.” She has converted 100% of her administrative to clinical shifts, emphasizing her commitment to our organization—often running incongruously to her personal schedule. Not only that Kasey fills in shifts extemporaneously at various hospitals but also displays her leadership value. For example, at Anne Arundel Medical Center she (accompanied by the efforts of Dr. Tim Capstack) has devised, implemented an observation unit work-flow, optimizing patient throughput and receiving kudos from its C-suite. Subsequently, Kasey’s competence and efforts have culminated in her appointment to its Operations Steering Committee—a win for our organization. Sincerely, Hung Davis (Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer) Ensley Fleming (Chief Operating Officer - Acute Services)
Adfinitas Health is excited to announce the promotion of Dr. Tejaswi Vootla on her promotion to Medical Director at Williamsport Retirement Village. Dr. Vootla has been a huge asset to our post-acute practice, and we are so proud to have her as part of the Adfinitas family. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Vootla on her promotion!
It is no secret that Adfinitas Health hires and develops absolute superstars! Tiffany Oates is just one of many post-acute providers that we could not be more proud to have as part of our team. Tiffany, thank you for your contributions and for making such a major impact on the lives of every person you reach. Take a look at the kind words that Ginny Noftsier, Regional Manager for Southern Maryland, had to say about Tiffany. #AdfinitasStrong #AdfinitasHealth #postacute #skillednursing #longtermcare #jobs #careers
In March, when we knew the need for PPE exceeded the supply available to our providers, our resourceful General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, Ashley Long, reached out to her connections at the The Bryn Mawr School to see if they could help! Ashley?s daughter, Emma, had attended the Bryn Mawr School since Kindergarten and Ashley knew they had utilized 3D printers in their academic instruction and she also knew that there were patterns available for the producing of much needed face shields. Ashley also knew that Bryn Mawr was committed to helping the community through various projects and initiatives, so she reached to to see if they would print face shields for our providers. As expected, they were incredibly excited to help! Pictured are Justin Curtis (Senior Director of Academic & Strategic Initiatives) and Frank Ecker (Upper School Mathematics Teacher). Frank and Curtis were awesome and as you can see from the pictures, even their family members got in on the action!
Our entire team stepped up during this pandemic - going above and beyond their day jobs! For the remainder of the week, we will be sharing stories about how our corporate team members have helped our providers in the fight against COVID-19! Karen Walsh, our HR Director, made homemade masks for our providers at the very beginning of the pandemic, when supplies were tough to come by! Pictured are some of the masks she sewed, along with our very own Kasey Schnebly, DNP, proudly showing off her new mask! Thank you Karen for your contributions! #AdfinitasStrong #WeAreInThisTogether #WeStandWithYou
We are so proud of these two superstars! Congratulations, and keep up the incredible work! #covid19heroes #covid19 #longtermcare #skillednursing #postacutecare #heroesworkhere #heroes
