This year, our Latine@Adyen employee resource group (ERG) hosted a month full of celebration, along with an offsite in San Francisco. Their focus revolved around “Establishing Roots (“Raices”),” embodying the ERG’s journey in establishing a presence across our North American offices. They participated in workshops to foster a stronger sense of community and spent time volunteering and fundraising for local nonprofits such as Valencia 826, La Raza, Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals, and Brooklyn Book Bodega. Throughout this month and year-round, Latines and their allies come together to celebrate the strength of their differences and the unity from their shared values. ✅ The first-ever North America Adyen Accelerator program took place earlier this year in May where we welcomed 13 social enterprises across the North America region. The week-long program consisted of tailored workshops, inspiring panels and networking opportunities. 🚀 We believe in the power of giving back and supporting innovators who drive ethical business decisions. It’s an honor to expand the Accelerator program around the world, and we’re just getting started in North America!
🌈 Pride has always been a special time of year at Adyen, and this year we partnered with three charities for our first global Pride donation campaign. As part of our Moments that Matter initiative, we doubled all donations made through Giving, our donation product, to Stonewall Community Foundation, Stonewall and Minus18 Foundation, from June through the end of August.
