Catherine brings breadth and depth of experience helping retailers and other consumer businesses digitally transform their operations. Catherine spent 16 years in consulting at Oliver Wyman, where she was a Partner in the Retail & Consumer practice. Most recently, Catherine was Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Guardian News & Media for 4 years, and Data Science Director at Co-op Group, where she established strong capabilities and used her expertise to drive significant commercial value across both organizations. Catherine is also passionate about social impact. She is currently a Trustee of Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for social good; and from 2014 to 2020 she was a Trustee of PEAS (Promoting Equality in African Schools), a mission to expand access to affordable, quality secondary education across Africa. Catherine's blend of strategic, transformational, and hands-on experience further enhances our “Digital First Retail” practice.

Justin brings nearly three decades of experience in results-oriented leadership roles in consulting and as a C-suite executive at large retailers. Justin’s corporate experience includes serving as Chief Strategy, Analytics, and Innovation Officer at Macy’s Inc., where he transformed the analytics function, led revenue-generating innovation, and headed a transformation office focused on EBITDA improvement. From 2006 to 2010, prior to his corporate positions, Justin worked at AlixPartners.
