Anaplan’s Extended Leadership Team (ELT) came together to connect and to learn more about how to implement our Operating Principles to ensure we are making progress on our strategy and annual strategic priorities the right way – by being strategy-led, values-based and disciplined in execution. The annual Summit, committed to leadership education, centered around the third pillar of our Operating Principles – becoming more disciplined in execution. Our executive team led the ELT through the key components of the disciplined in execution framework to ensure we were all well versed in how to be outcome-focused, talent and process-based and metrics-driven. Attendees also dedicated time to developing their skills in navigating cultural differences, communicate effectively across diverse teams and develop emotional intelligence to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace environment. Leaders explored the near and long-term impact of microagressions in workplace relationships, how to become bias interrupters and understanding why and where we are winning in our conscious equity practices. “We’re ensuring every leader at Anaplan understands our strategy and how to effectively execute it,” said CEO Charlie Gottdiener. “Our ELT helps inform, educate and create alignment around the outcomes we are driving across our company."
