From Manilla to the UK, Minneapolis to Singapore, leaders of Anaplan's seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) gathered in New York for our very first ERG Co-Lead Summit. During this summit, innovative ideas sparked, and future ERG initiatives took shape. The team brainstormed programming, met with key executives, and participated in development training. At Anaplan, we are building a winning culture where diverse experiences, voices and perspectives are celebrated and valued. Our ERGs are at the heart of this. Our New York City office had an absolute blast celebrating National Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day! From learning about coding to demoing a model for a lemonade stand in the Anaplan platform, these future Anaplanners got a peek into the professional world and exposure to various career paths. And of course, there was a pizza and cupcake party to celebrate everyone’s hard work! Most importantly, Anaplanners and their children learned, had fun and connected together. Thank you to the parents and caregivers who made this day possible.
