At the 2025 International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) Global Contact Center Awards, Arbella was granted the “Best Customer Service Innovation” award! This award showcases our dedicated collaboration with ICMI, which has been instrumental in enhancing our Contact Center's technology, refining our processes, and developing our personnel to better serve our customers. Each Halloween, the IT team at Arbella organizes an alphabet-themed costume contest. This year, participants chose costumes that started with the letter "U." The best costume award was given to six-time champion Melissa who dressed as Uno!

Our 17th annual Pink Day for Dana Farber set a new record! Arbella employees and the Arbella Insurance Foundation raised $60,000 to support Dana Farber cancer patients. We're incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Arbella community. A special thank you to Magnolia Contreras from Dana-Farber for sharing the vital role our donations play in the treatment of their cancer patients, and to Craig for sharing the story of his cancer journey with us.

Arbella was honored to attend the Boston Business Journal Corporate Citizenship Awards where we were recognized as a Top Charitable Contributor for the 17th consecutive year! Arbella and Special Olympics Massachusetts, our valued partner for more than 15 years, were awarded the BBJ Corporate Citizenship Community Collaborators Award at the event. We are extremely grateful to SOMA for giving us the opportunity to make an impact on our community.
Our annual Wellness Fair was a great success! 🤸 The fair was attended by 20 different vendors who offered employees everything from chair massages and bio-metric screenings to education on tuition reimbursement programs and eldercare services. Thank you to our Wellness Team for hosting!
We had a fantastic time at our annual summer barbecue! It was a lovely afternoon spent outside with good company and great music. Our Arbella Activities Committee handed out summertime goodies and our Diversity and Inclusion Council kicked off celebrations for Hispanic Heritage Month. Employees also gathered to watch the championship game of our summer-long cornhole tournament!

Arbella's executive team hosted an ice cream sundae fundraiser to support the Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon! The Arbella Activities Committee collected a total of $1,730 in donations from Arbella employees in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund. The Arbella Insurance Foundation matched that, for a total donation of $3,460 to help Strike Out Cancer!
