On July 16, our team joined Every Child Pediatrics and a packed room of volunteers to build 800 stuffed animals for young patients walking through hard and often scary medical experiences 🧸 This was the event’s biggest turnout yet, and when Behavioral Innovations was recognized as a sponsor, the cheers in the room said it all! 👏👏 We’re so proud of our RBTs, BCBAs, and leaders who showed up with compassion and helped bring a little extra courage to kids who need it most 💙

Our April Buddy Spotlight highlights the incredible RBT buddies at our Pflugerville Center! ✨ These dedicated team members go above and beyond every day by welcoming new hires with open arms, sharing their knowledge, and offering support that truly makes a difference. 💚💙 Their guidance builds confidence and creates a ripple effect felt throughout the entire center. Here’s what a few of our Behavioral Technicians shared about their buddy experience: "My RBT Buddy was honestly such a blessing and still is. She was so welcoming and helpful! She answered all my questions no matter how big or small. I still reach out to her today when I have questions and she is still immensely supportive. Katie helped me be the RBT I am today!" "Chloe helped me understand everything about our clients and was very helpful. She made me feel so welcomed when I started working for BI."
