In celebration of Truck Driver Appreciation Week in September, we welcomed our Chief Capacity Officer, Mark Ford, to speak to the organization on a day in the life of a driver and things we can do as a company to improve the experience for #truckdrivers that haul freight for BlueGrace. He shared some interesting facts about how many hours and miles truckers drive in a year, the risks and sacrifices they take, and reminded employees to, "Think about the actual life of a truck driver. Most of the time, these drivers are by themselves and on the road and in an 8x8 space in their truck. Sometimes you may be one of the few people they talk to in a day. Always take that into consideration." #TDAW
