On October 15th, eight Bluebeam Pasadena employees volunteered together through Pasadena Educational Foundation to help in the garden at John Muir High School. The group spent the morning clearing weeds in the vegetable garden, as well as plotting out a meditation labyrinth. They also helped secure a greenhouse cover that had come off during a windstorm. Bluebeam sponsored equipment to help clear the area for the labyrinth, as well as rocks, plants, weed cloth and other supplies. Jason Boehret – “This is my second time working in the garden at Muir High School and I always enjoy it. A bit of hard work pulling weeds, but a lot of fun with my fellow Bluebeam employees. I love that we partner with the Pasadena Educational Foundation and I also enjoy working with the Pasadena Unified School District Head Gardener and learning about the great agricultural programs they have for the students. Oh - I should mention they rewarded us with fresh basil, tomatoes and peppers!”
On Sept 27th, six Bluebeam Chicago employees volunteered at Cradles to Crayons. The group sorted through thousands of donated books for children in need by age range, ensuring they were of high quality, met certain criteria to promote inclusion. Here is a video which shows their volunteer space in action. Our team was also able to sponsor 65 backpacks filled with school supplies their Ready for Learning initiative, an effort that provides 60,000 Chicagoland children with back-to-school essentials. We are so proud of our team!!

Bluebeam is planting a forest and each employee has been given a tree to plant! Bluebeam believes that planting trees together with Treedom is a sustainable matter of the heart. Our goal is to involve and inspire our employees, secure an income for small farmers and at the same time remove CO2 from the atmosphere.
Reminiscing over our End of Year virtual event! We had a performance by none other than Fitz and The Tantrums!
Our Chicago office participated in Cradles to Crayons’ Well-Wish Note writing campaign. This campaign asks volunteers to create colorful, encouraging notes of well wishes, which will be distributed to Chicagoland children that receive other items and services from Cradles to Crayons. At the beginning of the hour, Nick Anderson, Cradles to Crayons’ Development Coordinator, joined us to give a presentation overview of the organization and the impact it has on Chicagoland children. Our notes will be distributed along with winter coats we were able to sponsor!
Last week, Bluebeamers across all of our offices enjoyed some virtual time together! We had one of our very own host this special event! There was a fun giveaway, a special speaker, and music from DJ Blackliquid. Take a look at how we moved and grooved!
We're excited to share this new video by The B1M, where Bluebeam team members Lilian Magallanes, Omar Sheikh, Jennifer Younes, Erik Schonsett, Ryan Friend and more share why they love working in construction.
Our Bluebeamers are so creative! Our spook-tacular costume contest went virtual this year and it was a success. One team created a Bluebeam Art Gallery with a fun twist!
