"Q4 has been extremely demanding at the same time as it has been extremely rewarding. Following Black Friday we upgraded our guidance for the year both wrt to our revenue expectations as well as our profitability expectations. This was made possible by an incredible team effort made by ALL our Boozters - be it platform, buying, commercial, customer service, warehouse - you name them. I am extremely proud of what we accomplished but what makes me even prouder is that our staff satisfaction measured by our monthly eNPS (net promoter score) is at an all time high of 68, and according to our partner, who manages the survey, among the top 1-2% of their measured universe. "I am very lucky. I like my job and I like people who I work with, they are awesome, and yesterday afternoon proved it once again. Among other things, I'm taking care of events, so I organised the Christmas meetings for the Poznan team as well. I strongly believe that a man shall not live „by bread alone” that’s why there was a task awaiting us - before we had dinner we had to build a perpetual motion machine so the motivation was doubled. We were divided into teams and each of them worked on one module. However, it was necessary not only to cooperate within one's own team, but also to communicate with others. In order to build the Goldberg Machine, the teams had to properly connect the components of the construction. We did it – we assembled a series of simple machines into a complex system to complete a basic task – to make it work. A bit unusual, but a very fruitful Christmas party. "Had a great time at the Unleash, Attlassian conference, with Chirag Sharma and Andra Norvaiša. Engaging sessions and discussions. Delved into insights on leading large agile organisations and diverse approaches to utilising strategic goals and OKRs for company-wide alignment and effective execution. Also got a lot of inspiration in driving quality experience for different teams, including research and discovery processes. And of course no conference without AI topic nowadays, however it was interesting to hear insights on effective implementations and innovations, especially when it comes as a complementary source to gain productivity or supporting accessibility."
