The rapidly evolving situation of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is causing many organizations, including BronxWorks, to reassess how they conduct business during this challenging period. We are actively monitoring updates from Center for Disease Control (“CDC”), NYS Department of Health (“NYS DOH”), NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (“NYC DOHMH”) and government at all levels. We are deeply concerned with the safety and well-being of our team members and program participants, residents, clients, and visitors. As the situation surrounding Covid-19 continues to evolve, we will continue to provide updated guidance to employees as we strive to ensure your safety and well-being while simultaneously fulfilling our critical role in the social safety net for the vulnerable populations we support and serve. BronxWorks has Safety Plans in place for each location, we have health checks for all employees , participants, clients and visitors and have a Covid-19 policy in place for our staff.
