Dr. Grandin spoke of her experiences and highlighted how being on the autism spectrum empowered her to excel in her field. Dr. Grandin emphasized the importance of embracing diverse perspectives to drive innovation. At this special event, the Butterball Talent Programs team was joined by current Butterball management trainees, Molly Rosenthal and Jada Trotter, along with incoming management trainees, Danielle Shumard and Melissa Gilpin, who happen to be current and graduated Auburn University agriculture students.
