On December 19th Butterball hosted 10 of our upcoming cohort of management trainees who will be joining our program this Summer. During their visit, they were able to meet with leadership, network with each other, hear from current management trainees through a Q&A panel discussion, tour the world’s largest turkey processing facility in Mount Olive, NC, and more! We cannot wait for them to start with us this summer! 🎉 Butterball’s 12-month rotational Management Trainee Program is meant to prepare new college graduates for entry level, front line supervisory positions across the organization. The program includes hands-on experiences throughout all business sectors (Live Operations, Production Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) and is designed to give real-world leadership experience. Our trainees will leave the program with a thorough understanding of how each department functions to support Butterball’s over-all production strategy.
