One of CarShop’s core values is “Opportunity through Growth”. I’m very happy to share a perfect example of this with a recent promotion! It is my great pleasure to announce the promotion of Josh R. to General Sales Manager of CarShop Glen Mills! Josh started with us in October 2016 as a Sales Consultant, after being a District Manager for Sprint. He was promoted to Sales Manager in June 2021. Josh had no car dealership experience before CarShop and has worked his way up through the ranks over the last 6 years. He is a very even keeled, calming leader that engages well with Sales Consultants and customers. He is extremely dependable and one of the first to raise his hand when extra help is needed. Last year was a big one for him, after getting married and welcoming his first child, Palmer. Please join me in congratulating Josh! We look forward to his continued success!

Good news comes in bunches! After 7 years of service, I am thrilled to announce Keith G's promotion to General Sales Manager in our Glen Mills location. This will be his second stop in Glen Mills! Keith is the ultimate servant leader and has a track record of success and team building. Keith began his career as a Sales Consultant in Hatfield. He then earned the nod to help open the Glen Mills location from “Day 1” as a Sales Manager. Next, Keith answered the call to head to Mt. Holly and brought great energy and passion to the team. He now returns to Glen Mills to lead the charge and we couldn’t be more excited for him.
Please join me in congratulating Amy D. in her promotion to Area Controller of CarShop! Amy brings a wide variety of skills and expertise to her new role. Amy joined CarShop in 2008 as a Delivery Coordinator and then earned a promotion to Finance Assistant in Hatfield. When we expanded into Pittsburgh in 2012, Amy transferred from the Philadelphia market to help open the Cranberry Finance Office. Nearly 2 years later, Amy volunteered to take her expertise to the Robinson location to ensure another successful store launch. With both Pittsburgh stores firmly established, Amy moved back to Chester Springs several years ago as an Accounting Manager. Now her journey continues as the Area Controller where she will now lead CarShop’s Accounting team. Amy is another prime example of a hard-working, exceptional associate who has earned multiple promotions and has ascended to a key position within CarShop. Congratulations Amy and we look forward to your continued success!
