CarSense recently wrapped up its inaugural Glassdoor Celebration at all five locations. We hosted a pig roast luncheon to celebrate our ranking on the Glassdoor Best Places To Work list. It was an opportunity to let our associates know how much we value their service and how incredibly moved we are by the positive feedback they shared on the site, which led directly to our #31 placement on the Best Places To Work list. In addition to treating our associates to a delicious lunch – delivered directly to the store – we also provided them with packets that further explained this very exciting milestone! We also used the opportunity to chart a path forward and encouraged our associates who haven't yet done so to leave a review and share their experience of working at CarSense. We always try to celebrate success at CarSense and this was the perfect time to do so!
