"I want to acknowledge how great Chase was on the pump removal and downhole geophysics phase of the project. He was very well prepared for things to go sideways. He did impromptu surgery on a pump and gave my field staff a detailed explanation why the pump was trash. Which was very helpful to me to move the project forward. He gave my field staff excellent notes about why the packers would not go as planned and provided a solution with the caveat it may not work. When it did not work he provided an very precise explanation of why it didn’t work. This is information that I used to support the conclusion the well is not usable for public water service and the recommendation to destroy the well after sampling. That extra information saved us from spending thousands of dollars to attempt to repair the well to meet modern CA well standards. I look forward to working with him on the next phase of the project."
