Day 2 of the 20-day Centerstone Challenge: Leadership Tips - Centerstone's CEO David Guth was ask to share his thoughts on what it takes to succeed at our company. He said, "Centerstone exists to deliver care that changes people's lives. While the work by its nature is challenging, there is nothing more rewarding than being part of a team that saves and reclaims lives. Centerstone is growing rapidly, but we are changing in other ways as well. We are focusing on how to partner with our staff around their career path. To succeed at Centerstone you need to be someone who truly cares about others- both those we serve and our fellow colleagues." Centerstone Illinois' Alton Open Door Program staff Kaitlyn & Denise hosted a workshop on housing. They provided housing applications which would take someone without transportation weeks to collect. Thirty-one attendees benefitted from their help.
