Every other month, Coretelligent hosts a Virtual Event Night. This month’s event (voted on by employees) was Murder Mystery Night by Jest Murder Mystery Company. These virtual events are a great way to connect with and get to know coworkers while working remotely. Previous virtual events have included an escape room, and costume contest among others, but the Murder Mystery event had the highest participation so far. Coretelligent, a leading provider of comprehensive managed and co-managed white glove IT support, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and cloud services, has announced it has been acquired by Norwest Equity Partners (NEP), a leading middle market investment firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The transaction closed on October 21, 2021; financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Previous investor, VSS Capital Partners (VSS), will participate in Coretelligent’s next phase of growth as a minority shareholder in the Company. NEP has been investing in growing, profitable middle market companies that are leaders in their respective industries for more than 60 years. The firm’s prior history of investing in providers of IT services makes Coretelligent a natural addition to its investment portfolio.
