    Pros

You can learn a lot if you want to learn on your own.

Management is terrible. No training prior to throwing you into client billable hours. Holds you to the highest standards without trying to help, truly help.

I have been working at Coretelligent full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-High likelihood of good compensation if you’re a good fit -All sorts of new technology exposure -The summit of Managed Services Provider industry

    Cons

-Extraordinarily high stress ( could be a plus if you respond well to it) -Attrocious work & life balance

    Advice to Management

After working for 3 companies spanning nearly 10 years in the managed services industry, I can tell you Coretelligent has some of the most difficult customer environments. Coretelligent holds you to the highest of high standards, and any failures - perceived by management or otherwise - will by highlighted in a very public forum, and you will be forced to defend yourself. You will succeed if you love to be challenged....

At Coretelligent, you can sharpen your multitasking skills to a fine point. I wore many hats, and was proud of each one. I worked with some of the smartest people I've ever met here. If you can handle pressure, this is the place for you!

I have been working at Coretelligent full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I’m a Coretelligent employee with a unique perspective in that I left the firm for a short time, but soon returned after realizing the grass wasn’t greener on the other side. My experience at Coretelligent has been incredibly positive. I’ve been challenged, valued and given opportunities to grow my career. Given that I've personally known the CEO for many years and my own positive experience, I think it’s incredibly...

    Cons

The organization has some cultural challenges (as do most MSPs due to the nature of deploying engineers into the field), but the management team has gone above and beyond to create an environment where everyone feels like part of the team.

I worked at Coretelligent full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Coretelligent provides engineers with the opportunity to support multiple clients with a diverse set of technologies. As an engineer, I was able to work on servers, switches, firewalls, storage, cloud technologies, Exchange, etc. which would never have been possible working as an IT person at an internal role. The pay is slightly above industry standard (from what I've seen) and people who keep their clients happy...

    Cons

There are definitely some strong personalities among the clients that you will work with and slim margin for error. This can be a pro or con depending on how you look at it. If you don't like a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking, you will struggle.

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunities for engineers to have face-time with each other in an informal setting.

    Pros

While fast pace, a great learning experience. Working with so many different kinds of clients you get great exposure and it’s never boring. Good group of people. The company is always looking for ways to do things better.

    Cons

More training would smooth the learning curve.
