Looking for a new career opportunity? DataServ is hiring! We are searching for a talented and motivated individual to fill our open Information Systems Analyst position. The Information Systems Analyst I (ISA I) is responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems and providing technical support to the company and clients. This position identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for clients, prevents problem escalation and takes care to test, document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. The ISA I participates in planning and executing routine system maintenance and upgrades as well as general management of the IT infrastructure. The ISA I is responsible for working Monday through Friday with work hours beginning at 4:00 a.m. Central US time. Will participate in off-hours, on-call rotation. Two weeks ago, we were finally able to get some of our employees back into the office for our Mid-Year All Company Meeting and Happy Hour Celebration. While some employees tuned in virtually, we had our local team members and those available out of state come in to meet face-to-face. It was a great opportunity to get to know each other better and celebrate all of our hard work this year. We look forward to having similar opportunities in the near future!

At DataServ, the mental health and wellbeing of our employees is a top priority. We are continuously trying to find new ways to support our staff in being their happiest, healthiest, and most productive selves. Our people work hard to ensure the success of our organization, and we want to make sure we are doing the same for them. With this in mind, we have decided to add a "mental health day" to the 2023 holiday calendar on Monday, July 3rd. We want to give our hardworking employees an extra day this holiday week to spend time with family and friends, which will hopefully allow all of us to rest, recharge, and come back refreshed. Prioritizing and normalizing mental health and wellbeing are vital to success in today's working environment. This day off is one more step we are taking towards a greater focus on this cause.
