Since joining our team in June 2023, Shane has already underwritten $150 million in Commercial Loans! Last week we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day with lunch and furry friends joining us in the office. 🌮🐶 With a workplace like ours, every day embodies the spirit of Employee Appreciation Day. We recognize accomplishments daily through our internal "Daymade" recognition program, have a committee dedicated to organizing social events in our office, and share a genuine passion for serving our members.
Our seventh annual Purpose Day — a time when our employees unite to serve the causes we care about — took place on Monday, October 9. Our staff was on-site to support Little Red Door Cancer Agency, Damar Services, Inc., Growing Places Indy, Bosma Enterprises, and NeighborLink Indianapolis. Learn more at elements.org/PurposeDay.
Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Council recently hosted a “Generations in the Workplace” panel discussion. The panel featured representatives from each generation within our workplace – Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials, and Gen Zers. They openly shared their life experiences and unique perspectives, offering valuable insights into the global events and technology that shaped each generation. The discussion helped our employees explore how we can collaborate more effectively, leveraging these diverse viewpoints to strengthen our team.
It was all fun & games at our annual FUSION event! 🎲💫 Our team of nearly 200 employees, both local and remote, united at Victory Field to strengthen our bonds and celebrate our company culture. From casino games to karaoke battles, we had an unforgettable time at the Elements Financial Club. Working at Elements is like hitting the jackpot every day!
Elements employees recently joined forces with DREAM Alive, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring vulnerable youth in Indianapolis, to conduct a series of summer workshops focusing on financial literacy and career readiness. The workshops guided high school "scholars" to take charge of their future finances and career paths after they graduate. At Elements, we value the opportunity to combine our employees' passion for volunteerism and financial education.
Our second annual Elements Family Picnic is a wrap 🧺 🌞 Employees brought their children, spouses, parents, siblings, and furry friends out for an evening on our lawn to play games and enjoy dinner from local food trucks. We had a great time celebrating our employees and their support systems!
