While our employees were working from their remote offices this year, our headquarters has been under renovation. The purpose was to create a collaborative environment as well as reflect our pride and family-like culture. We surveyed all of our employees and included many of their suggestions into the plan. Rebecca Littell explains, “I am excited to see the results of the survey from over a year ago come to life. Items such as natural light throughout the space, collaboration spaces, improved heating and air, and a social area came right from our employee survey.” We took this opportunity to also integrate innovative aspects about our new office that are designed to protect our employees. Our new state-of-the-art air filtration system is one of them, divided into dedicated air zones for efficiency, comfort, and maximum filtering. Touchless automated-entry doors have been installed for our new employees-only entrance!
The majority of our employees have been working from their at-home offices for the past year. We have adjusted our new hires training to also fit our new virtual environment and we are happy to hear about the success of this from new hires, like Missy B. Based on employee surveys conducted in late 2020 and early 2021, Elements will soon be evolving into a hybrid workforce that will allow employees to continue successfully working remotely and/or in the office.
