Navigating COVID-19 and remote work hasn’t been easy, but despite these and other challenges we achieved an all-time high employee engagement score of 90% this year. Our engagement survey results also indicate that 9 of 10 Evolenteers would recommend us as a good place to work. We’re grateful to have employees who connect to our mission and to one another.
Thanks to New Century Health, our PRIDE business resource group (BRG) had the wonderful opportunity represent Evolent Health and support the Victory Fund at their brunch in Washington, D.C. on April 10th. The Victory Fund is the only national organization dedicated to electing openly LGBTQ+ people who can further equality at all levels of government. LGBTQ+ representation drives policies that favor furthering equality, while reinforcing positive inclusivity and showing younger generations how to support diversity in the face of adversity! The Victory Fund supports over 236 current LGBTQ+ candidates, many being the first in their state to run for elected office while openly identifying as LGBTQ+. We are proud to be part of a company that supports diversity and inclusion.

We are excited to announce that Evolent has earned a perfect score for the second year in a row on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI). This index is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. With this distinction, Evolent joins more than 840 major U.S. businesses that earned top marks to be designated a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.” This is the HRC Foundation’s 20th anniversary for scoring organizations with their CEI. Companies with a perfect CEI score excel in four main categories: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; support for inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
