The company held its always popular annual Halloween celebration last week! It was a fantastic day filled with costumes, treats, and lots of fun, and we loved seeing so many of employees and their families enjoying the festivities. The participation truly made the event so special, and as always, it was a pleasure to welcome all to our headquarters. Looking forward to more fun times together—until next Halloween!
Yesterday, we had an engaging and FUN end of summer gathering at our headquarters. Among the festivities were a food truck, ice cream bar, and trivia to say goodbye summer, hello final quarter of 2024.
Yesterday our International ERG hosted FRT's 2nd Annual International Potluck. Employees showed up and showed out with their best dishes from their culture for an afternoon of fun and friendly competition. Judges awarded the employee with the "best dish" a gift card to a Michelin star restaurant.
We wrapped up another successful summer internship program last week! Lizzy, Kat, Kaitlyn, and Aadi contributed to innumerable projects and made lasting impacts on the teams in which they worked. We're sad to see them go, as their presence with us this summer was felt company wide, but we wish them so much success in the new school year.

This week, the People of Color ERG celebrated Black History Month with a presentation highlighting works from black authors. Following the presentation, a delicious meal catered by local black-owned businesses, was served for all in attendance in our FRT headquarters. Last week, we ushered in a new year at FRT by hosting our Annual Company Kick Off Week! Our entire staff from across the globe came to our corporate headquarters for an invigorating week of training, teambuilding and our holiday party. We are deeply appreciative of the people that went into making our Annual Company Week a resounding success. It's this collective effort that propels us forward and makes our company a fantastic place to be.

Yesterday, women throughout the business attended the Massachusetts Conference for Women. It was a truly inspiring day hearing from guest speakers such as America Ferrera, Jacinda Ardern, and Margaret Atwood and we're grateful for the opportunity to attend.
