As the Halloween season draws to a close, we want to express our gratitude to everyone who helped make FRT's annual Halloween party a success. Seeing employees and their families in their costumes made the festive night one to remember.
A few of weeks ago, FRT's International ERG co-hosted a company lunch to culminate National Hispanic Heritage Month! The authentic and delicious food was catered by Oasis Brazilian Steakhouse and The Nada Cart. We love a celebration of culture and community.
FRT closed out the summer the way we do every year, at our annual Kimball Farm outing in Westford, MA! From the team building games to the company BBQ, we enjoy this time where we're able to enjoy each other's company in a fun and relaxed setting.

This week, some of our employees had the pleasure of attending the From Day One Conference in Boston, MA. The focus of the event was corporate values and building purposeful relationships with employees, customers and communities. The takeaways were plentiful, and the day was jam packed with industry knowledge from renowned speakers and leaders in their respective fields. FRT is committed to employees professional growth and development by giving opportunities to attend events like these throughout the year. With the end of summer fast approaching, we had to say goodbye to our wonderful interns. They were a great source of assistance across many teams and we truly appreciated their work ethic and values. To culminate their time at FRT, we had an axe throwing team building night! Good luck to Aidan, Ben, Chloe & Lexi in their school endeavors this year.
