As of January 2019, FPG has earned an overall NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 60 after 300 FPG client partners were surveyed. We received a 75 NPS for the question “How likely are you to recommend FPG and the IN-Gauge program to a colleague?” which is considered World Class on the NPA scoring chart!! A big thank you to all FPG team members who enabled us to achieve this excellent score by helping our partners reach their true potential.
