Galderma announced today the U.S. launch of high potency Cetaphil serums designed for sensitive skin: a Vitamin C Serum and a Ceramide Serum. Cetaphil Vitamin C and Ceramide Serums provide clinically proven results while targeting the skin’s moisture barrier, a frequent point of concern by people with sensitive skin. Galderma’s unique expertise in delivering solutions for sensitive skin, backed by a heritage of more than 75 years with Cetaphil, led to this latest innovation in its sensitive skincare range.
Advancing dermatology for every skin story is our purpose, but it’s also a promise. That’s why we’re proud to champion organizations like the Children’s Skin Disease Foundation (CSDF) and its flagship program, Camp Wonder. Last month, CSDF wrapped up another successful week of camp. Camp Wonder provides children with severe and often life-threatening skin conditions a week of fun, friendship and community. The activities and support group help campers find commonalities in their differences and explore their identities beyond the confines of their conditions. Over the past 12 years, we've donated nearly $2 million to CSDF to ensure children can attend Camp Wonder cost-free. Each year, we also provide Cetaphil products for daily use and offer on-site volunteer assistance. Our goal is to help campers look beyond their skin conditions and provide them with a support system and the confidence they need to succeed. At the same time, this partnership has had a profound impact on our employees who’ve supported Camp Wonder over the years. As Galderma volunteers return each year, we’re moved by their stories and inspired by their commitment to putting our purpose into tangible action. At Galderma, we consider it a privilege to provide support to a foundation via three of our strongest assets: our purpose, products and people. Watch the video for yourself and see the three come together for a week of lasting impact.
Technologies powered by AI and AR are transforming what’s possible in dermatology, especially in injectable aesthetics. For example, thanks to ‘dermatology technology’ capabilities such as advanced facial assessment and treatment visualization, patients can now obtain ‘before/after’ images before having a procedure. At Galderma, we strive to empower people with the tools to feel confident in their skin. But how exactly can technology respond to patient needs and emerging trends? Read our Q&A with Galderma’s Head of Global Product Strategy, Gerry Muhle to learn the ways in which innovative dermatology technology is bringing patients closer to achieving their skin goals.
Earlier this month, we celebrated Pride at the Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade in Dallas. The day-long event was an incredible moment to show our support and recognize the individuality that helps Galderma U.S. thrive. Solidarity and togetherness are paramount to our purpose, ‘Advancing dermatology for every skin story.’ This year, our employee resource group (ERG), BEQUAL, led the way for our teams, engaging with the Dallas community and handing out Galderma products. Launched in 2022, BEQUAL is our global ERG dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ employees and allies to create an environment of inclusion and unity. We’re committed to ensuring our team members nationwide can bring their full selves to work, every day. And BEQUAL is integral to delivering on that promise. The 2024 edition of the Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade was a huge success, and we look forward to gathering with the wider Texas community again next year!
