We wrapped up Hispanic Heritage Month last week by embracing the lively culture of our Hispanic and Latino team members and partners of Gen. To celebrate the month, our HOLA community hosted a global virtual event that brought us together with talented Hispanic and Latinx artists. To which we were able to share songs, stories, artwork and much more. To everyone who joined and made these events truly special – mucho gracias!

We participated in the Out & Equal Workplace Summit, one of the largest #LGBTQ+ conferences in the world. At Gen, we view differences as catalysts for innovation. It was inspiring to come together to advance equity and belonging, learning with some of the best in the business. #WeAre #OESummit2023
#TeamGen came together for a fun morning session with Billy Blanks, creator of Tae Bo Fitness®. Blanks shared motivational and powerful points on the importance of employee wellness – both physical and emotional. Like Billy Blanks, Gen also looks at employee wellness holistically, supporting employees at work and in life. By offering benefits like an Employee Assistance Program, wellness reimbursement and more, we’re able to take care of people and their overall well-being. (Tae Bo Fitness is a combination of martial arts and boxing.)
