Last week, all MNA offices hosted an Intercultural Training. Teams enjoyed informational sessions filled with engaging activities to help us learn about our differences and how to work more efficiently with other cultures. Quote from Valerie Grebonval , Director of Supply Chain Project Delivery: "Our Intercultural Training was very well conducted. It helped the teams understand where our differences come and from and allowed us to learn that we should embrace our differences to get the best of each culture."
This month, as part of the MNA Lunch and Learn series, we shift focus to office safety and ergonomics. 65% of our office attended the lunch and learn event and everyone enjoyed the informational session with tips and tricks on proper workstation setup and posture techniques. Quote from Chynna Humphrey, "I wasn’t aware of the toll that incorrect placement of my body and desk equipment could have on my health. With slight readjustments to my seat and monitor, I can already feel a difference in my posture and eye strain. These short informational sessions are not only fun, but they also provide very useful information for our well-being, both in the office and out!”
On Friday we will have a new Lunch and Learn session! We are organizing sessions with experts from different fields to help our employees learn a variety of Wellness and Business related topics.
From the 26th-30th of November, it’s Safety Week at MOM Group! In collaboration with BEL, we will share information and organize events in all our sites to share the importance of being safe at work and at home. Have a great week everyone!
Happy Thanksgiving from Materne North America! At our Traverse City, Michigan plant employees were greeted at the end of each shift and handed a turkey and a thank you note. Nampa, Idaho provided employees with gift cards and in New York City, our team enjoyed a delicious potluck meal. We want to sincerely thank our employees for all they’ve done to contribute to our success this year!
