Shali brings a wealth of experience driving technological innovation in the insurance industry and leading large-scale transformation programmes focused on digital journeys, improved colleague experiences, and building new systems from the ground up. Before joining Hiscox, Shali held the role of Chief Operating Officer for AXA Insurance UK and Ireland, leading IT, Data, transformation, cyber security, digital strategy, property and procurement.
