Celebrating 10 years at Hyperoptic.🔵 This week at Kings House, we marked a special milestone: five colleagues reaching their 10 year anniversaries with us. 🎉 Glynn Pawley, Jonathon Neale, paul skivens, Grant Stewart and stasys gaucas have each played a meaningful role in shaping Hyperoptic over the past decade. Their commitment, expertise and dedication have made a real difference, to their teams - to their customers, and to everyone who has worked alongside them. Our CEO and Co-founder Dana Tobak and COO Mark Bartlett joined us to reflect on the journey and recognise the contribution each of them has made. Reaching 10 years is no small thing, and moments like this are a reminder of the strength of the people behind everything we do. Thank you all for being such an important part of the Hyperoptic story. hashtag#InYourCorner
Last week, Hyperoptic's New Build team brought clients together for a golf day at The Grove and a little downpour wasn't going to stop them. ⛳🌧️ Days like this matter. They give us a brilliant opportunity to connect with the people we work with, understand what really matters to them, and get first-hand insight into the market. For many, it was their first time meeting people from right across the Hyperoptic journey. The best teams don't wait for perfect conditions. They just show up. Even when it's absolutely tipping it down. 🔵 A huge thanks to everyone who hosted and to our clients for joining us. Here's to drier fairways next time. ☀️⛳ hashtag#Hyperoptic hashtag#NewBuild hashtag#ClientRelations hashtag#GolfDay hashtag#InYourCorner
We're proud to be entering our fourth year of partnership with The King's Trust. 👑🔵 It's a relationship we care about, because it's about more than fundraising. It's about giving young people and aspiring entrepreneurs real access to skills, mentoring and opportunity. Over the past year, colleagues across the business have got behind it: taking part in the Future Steps Challenge, hosting a Brilliant Breakfast for International Women's Day, and giving their time to mentor young people. Every Hyperoptic colleague gets a paid day each year to spend volunteering, and it means a lot to see so many choose to use that time supporting causes they care about. As well as our work with The King's Trust, our colleagues in Belgrade proudly support SOS Children's Villages. A huge thank you to The King's Trust, to SOS Children's Villages International, and to everyone who has given their time, skills and energy. The year ahead includes World of Work tours, a Business Advance workshop and the Trust's Palace to Palace event.
Proud to be one of the UK’s top-rated broadband providers The latest Which? broadband rankings are out — Hyperoptic has been recognised as a Which? Great Value Broadband Provider, following new research from the consumer champion highlighting the strong performance of alternative broadband providers. We earned an impressive 77% customer score, placing us among the top-rated broadband providers in the UK. Even better, our customers were among the least likely to experience slow speeds, a real testament to the power and reliability of our full fibre network. ⚡🏆 This recognition is a great reminder of why we do what we do: delivering fast, rock-solid broadband and brilliant value for the people who rely on us every day.
🌸 International Women's Day events 🫶 This week at Hyperoptic, we marked International Women’s Day with two brilliant events that brought people together across our teams. 💛 In the UK, we hosted a Brilliant Breakfast in the office with over 40 colleagues joining. The morning brought together a panel discussion on this year’s theme - Give to Gain - with women in Hyperoptic’s leadership- Dana Tobak (CEO), Naleena Gururani (CPO), Donna Hodgetts (COO), Emma Dark (Customer Service) and Paige Fraser (Network Maintenance and Repair) alongside a delicious breakfast while supporting the important cause Change a Girl’s Life. We were also joined by our partnership managers - Mathilde Fell and Chloe McKenna, who gave valuable insight into The King’s Trust initiatives and how our employees can get involved. 🩵 In Belgrade, Dragana Davidovic (People Team) hosted a Personal Development session with Nada Zdravkovic (Customer Finance), Bojan Loncar (Network Design and Engineering) and Zorica Zepinic Djokic (Customer Service). Around 40 colleagues joined the conversation, creating a great space to reflect on personal growth, career progression, and what development means in practice. A big thank you to everyone who took part, shared their experiences, and contributed to such thoughtful and energising discussions across both locations.
