We welcomed summer with our annual employee and retiree picnic at the Sedgwick County Zoo. Wichita, Butler County, and Harvey County employees and their families enjoyed the beautiful weather, feeding the giraffe, petting stingrays, and more. Thank you to Sedgwick County Zoo for hosting us and to the many employees who volunteered their time to make sure the picnic was a success.

Every spring, community members from around the Wichita area participate in the Ark River Clean-Up, helping collect tons of litter from the Arkansas River. Thank you to our INTRUST employees and all community members who took initiative to help prevent pollution and keep the river clean for recreational use and local wildlife.
An INTRUST team comprised of Mary Gerdes, Crissy Shumard, Spenser Gales, and Mike Dunn, recently participated in the SBDC Kansas at JCCC: A Kansas SBDC Lending Summit. During the event, Crissy played an integral role in leading roundtable discussions on accessing funds and served as a panelist for the “Ask a Banker” session. This was a great opportunity for business owners and startups to gain valuable insights into the SBA funding process and connect with lenders. We are honored to have been a part of this event and look forward to future opportunities to support Kansas entrepreneurs.
