Leadership and Career Development Program: This summer IDLLC launched our Leadership Development Program, and over a dozen team members have participated so far! Partnering with Andrew in a one-on-one coaching process, IDLLC colleagues have been able to identify key insights into their personalities, work motivators and communication styles. They have set goals and formed action strategies that keep them on target to reach their maximum potential. Here are just some of the goals they are working toward: • Transition successfully to new positions • Build confidence and skill in public speaking • Expand IDLLC influence at the client • Improve effective communication skills • Manage work/life balance challenges All employees are encouraged to join the leadership and career development program to work towards professional and personal goals. Each program is tailored to the employees needs and aspirations.
Join IDLLC's New AWS Center of Excellence! IDLLC is building an AWS Foundation Team led by our CTO! All employees are invited to join our upcoming training sessions to upskill to AWS Professionals, Developers, and Architects. The training program will be challenging but employees can expect to development concrete knowledge about AWS and become certified in 1 or more AWS disciplines. Becoming AWS certified with IDLLC will lead to specialized advance technical training, more opportunities for advancement and growth with IDLLC and enable individuals to be become technical leaders at IDLLC. Employees who become certified will be included in our new AWS Center of Excellence team!
