Doctors from the Robotic Surgery Education Working Group recently studied the need for a standardized robotic surgery training curriculum and the challenges of creating one. They proposed a five-level curriculum with theory, hands-on training, and assessments of technical and procedural skills. The Working Group would use My Intuitive to track residents' progress and provide feedback. Residents would also use SimNow, a virtual reality training platform, to practice robotic surgery procedures. Learn more about their proposal: https://lnkd.in/eNYVpNN2
