Today is International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is Break The Bias. We’re proud to share that more than two-thirds of our team and more than half of our leaders are women – globally. At Keypath, our differences are our greatest strength and result in better business. This Sunday, October 10 is World Mental Health Day. The last 18 months have been challenging for all of us, and it's more important than ever that we take care of our mental well-being. That's why we've offered all Keypathers an extra two days off - of their choosing - to rest, recharge, and do whatever matters most to them.
The Keypath Team is excited to be celebrating Pride Month around the Globe! Throughout the month of June, we’ll be sharing resources internally, discussing LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives and hosting a global Ask Me Anything panel with Keypathers from across our offices. In addition, we’re proud to announce that our Australia team has been acknowledged as a bronze employer of the year recipient in the Australian Workplace Equality Index, Australia's definitive national benchmark on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.
