Families and staff from Everbrook Academy in St. Charles, IL had a great time celebrating “Swedish Days” with their neighbors during Geneva’s beloved Midsommar Festival. Everbrook Academy proudly sponsored the Grand Parade and helped commemorate the 70th anniversary of this family event filled with live music, carnival rides, delicious food and “Sweden Väst,” a tribute to all things Swedish.
It’s Grow Fit Camp week at Everbrook Academy in Charlotte, and who better to lead Football Day than Dwan Edwards? Our summer campers gave 110 percent as the former Carolina Panther ran them through drills and helped teach them about good sportsmanship and teamwork. Thanks to this amazing athlete for sharing lessons that will last a lifetime!
Preschoolers at La Petite Academy in Glen Carbon, IL learned the rules of the road recently with expert guidance. Glen Carbon Police Lt. Wayne White and Sgt. James Jones shared safety instruction with children and staff during the school’s Bike Rodeo. The kids learned about obeying traffic laws and enjoyed riding their tricycles and bikes through a special safety course set up by the officers. Hats off to the team and special thanks to the officers, who have led this terrific event at La Petite for 15 years!
