As a family support specialist based out of Montreal, Julia's role involves supporting clients with child care or elder care needs. Her work days involve collecting information for packages, connecting with clients and handling their requests, along with updating existing resources.

The customer success manager from Sydney, Australia with a background in psychology says she has noticed a growing sense of awareness of mental health as an issue that has "the potential to impact every single person regardless of where you are on the well-being continuum," especially with all the global challenges this year.
Patrice Valade is the vice president in charge of the Hartford, Connecticut office, where he oversees roughly 100 staff members. Patrice’s main responsibility is to lead service delivery of Defined Benefit administrative services to approximately 200 clients of Prudential Financial, and he works to ensure the needs of Prudential and their clients get met and that his staff have what they need to succeed. His COVID-19 leadership has earned him tons of applause from his employees.
Dora Newcombe has seen a lot in her 25 years with Morneau Shepell. However, she says one thing that has stayed consistent is the company’s ability to respond quickly to customer needs during a crisis. As a director of customer success in LifeWorks, Dora’s focus has been helping customers with COVID-19 needs. She and her teams have faced customers who needed information and resources on the disease itself along with customers who needed to adjust quickly to working from home.
