We are excited to share that we kicked off our 4th annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit for MSCI employees with a conversation on what DE&I means to our Executive Committee and other senior DE&I leaders, moderated by our Chief Diversity Officer, Tia Counts. The virtual summit provides Leadership development, collaboration opportunities and recognition for MSCI’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and creates a forum for discussion and engagement on key DE&I issues. During the month of November we’ll run a Women’s Leadership Development Program and Executive Diversity Council summit, as well as several ERG deep dive sessions with MSCI Pride & Allies, our Black Leadership Network, Asian Support Network, and All Abilities groups.
