Methodist Midlothian employees organized an Angel Tree drive and collected hundreds of donated gifts for less fortunate families. Partnering with Manna House, our generous Midlothian staff have made the holidays merrier for 50 families. Ho, ho, ho!
Thanks, South Toyota, for donating $8,300 to Methodist Charlton's Breast Cancer Center! We'll put the funds to good use providing breast cancer screenings and diagnostic mammograms for patients who can't afford them. Saving lives — there's nothing prettier than that!

Methodist Richardson has earned its 10th straight accreditation for echocardiography from the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission. Both the hospital and the Cardiac Hospital-Based Outpatient Department earned the distinction, which means that the hospital operates at the highest national standard for echocardiography. Our hearts are grateful!
Breast cancer survivors are beautiful! That's the clear message that Methodist Charlton sent at its first annual Celebrating Survivors Fashion Show and Panel Discussion. Designed to raise breast cancer awareness, the event was a huge hit with 130 guests attending. Methodist Charlton's own breast cancer patients strutted down the catwalk. Then they told their moving survival stories to bring home the message of hope — nothing’s more beautiful to our caregivers. "We saved so many lives today," says President Fran Laukaitis.
Altrusa International of Richardson, Inc. held its annual “Outstanding Women of Today—Hearts of Service” luncheon to honor 30 women with awards for exemplifying leadership and determination in improving the lives of others. One of the honorees in the healthcare category was our own Beena Mathai from Methodist Richardson. Congratulations, Beena!
