In June, a group of 22 talented college and law school students joined NJM as interns who provided their service throughout the summer. The main objective of the Intern Program is to introduce students to the many types of careers available in the insurance field and help them to gain meaningful work experience while supporting NJM. In addition to assisting within individual business units, the Intern Program activities include completing a research project, learning leadership competency skills in Workday, attending an NJM Leadership Luncheon, and participating in volunteer and social gatherings.
