Preferred Mutual celebrated Fall with a special Harvest Dinner on Wednesday, November 8. Employees and Preferred retirees were invited to gather at the New Berlin office for a wonderful meal prepared by Preferred’s own Cafeteria Staff. Anna was presented the Live Assured Customer Experience Award today for exemplifying our commitment to our customers and to each other, after facilitating a last minute check delivery to an Insured who was at a car dealership hours from home, whom we had promised would have their check in time to purchase their replacement vehicle.
