For the month of March, the Inspiring Women ERG has created a calendar of events including employee panels, guest speakers, and blog posts that will highlight the social, economic, and cultural contributions that women have made over the course of history, including the accomplishments of many women within our own company. “Choose to Challenge” is the recurring theme you will see threaded throughout these moments. Punctuated on International Women’s Day March 8, our company will weave this narrative through a month-long series of RDC moments. A challenged world is an alert world, and from challenge comes change. Celebrate women’s achievement, raise awareness against bias, and learn how to better take action for equality.
