Our San Ramon team came together in partnership with Lainie's Learning Lane to stuff backpacks with school supplies and books! Lanie's provides Academic Coaching specifically for those with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Auditory Processing and Executive functioning challenges. The team packed 48 Backpacks with school supplies & donated 150+ books! Great work, team!
Employees from our Scottsdale office had the opportunity to volunteer recently at Feed My Starving Children in Mesa, AZ. As part of a larger group of people that we volunteered with, we were able to pack over 32,000 meals for children! FMSC is a well-run organization doing amazing things across the globe. If you are looking to give back, this is an extremely rewarding and fun way to do it. Please check them out and join in on the giving!

Through our RepCares program, we gave back to the Austin community recently at Transform'23 North America by donating to CASA of Travis County, an organization doing heroic work for children in the foster care system. From one of our fabulous employees, Amberlie! I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for my amazing company, Reputation. As some of you may know, I have been fighting health issues recently and it has been a challenging journey. However, my company has gone above and beyond to support me during this time. Just today, I received a care package from them that included thoughtful items to make my days a little brighter, such as a cozy blanket, candle, some healthy snacks and a dinner (which really helps when you are running around crazy being a single mom). It was such a kind gesture and it really lifted my spirits.It's moments like these that remind me of how fortunate I am to work for such a caring and supportive company. I am grateful to be a part of a team that values its employees' well-being and takes the time to show it.
