She’s the first person that most new Ripplers meet on their first day, and Ajshia ensures not only that she shows up as her most authentic self, but that she creates a safe space for Ripplers to do so as well. And that’s part of why Ajshia became a LatinX co-lead. She wants her fellow LatinX Ripplers to feel comfortable with being authentic, which she believes is how to both make lasting progress and build Ripple up as an even stronger company.
