Softball When everyone worked from the office, Robinauts often talked about creating a company sports team. After COVID-19 forced our offices to shut down, we decided softball was a great way to get employees together while practicing social distancing. Despite having games as late as 10:00 pm on weekdays and accidentally playing in the most competitive division, we always had a full team show up, and we always had fun. By the end of the season, we were even able to win a single game. Most improved team! This verifies their intent to use the desk they reserved and gives better visibility into office usage. - Desk layout tool: Manage an up-to-date floor plan and add/arrange desks on an ongoing basis with ease. She Makes Sense We founded She Makes Sense as an employee-led, discussion-based platform for womxn at Robin to share their expertise and experiences in a casual and supportive space. She Makes Sense was founded by two women at Robin who were inspired by an impactful piece of feedback - You do not have to ask if you are making sense so much. You always do. We hold bi-weekly meetings to cover a broad range of topics including imposter syndrome, difficult conversations, personal brand, and more. Recently, She Makes Sense expanded to include an external speaker (and Robin advisor) Perry Hewitt who presented at our most attended event to date on Authentic Leadership. No matter the topic, or who is presenting, we are so proud that we have been able to bring the women of Robin together to remind them that they make sense!
