This team of 24 loves to learn and grow alongside other supporting teams at Service Express. Our sellers are coached and developed effectively, helping position them to achieve their #peoplepowered goals. In the last few years, we've refined our career pathing, allowing nearly 20 team members to advance to senior selling positions. They recently came together for an escape room, a fun team outing to celebrate their success. We appreciate their continuous hard work; they're integral to our organization.

Last week, our team participated in various events and opportunities to celebrate Earth Day and this year's theme, "Invest In Our Planet." To highlight the importance of protecting our environment, our Cares Council put together various activities for our people to dedicate time and resources to benefit our communities. Over 60 employees participated, using a total of 168 paid volunteer hours. Thank you all for taking the time to prioritize and truly invest in our planet.
In honor of International Women's Day, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council hosted a Donation Drive in support of Grand Rapid's Women's Resource Center (GRWRC). Over the last month, our people donated various items to support GRWRC's mission, to provide programs and services that educate and empower women to achieve workplace success. Our people in Grand Rapids donated notebooks, jewelry, purses, over 100 clothing items, and more. Regional and international employees could also participate through an Amazon wish list.
Congratulations, Nate Bass, for being selected for our 2022 Senior Account Executive of the Year Award. Last year, Nate brought in an astonishing amount of new business and exceeded his revenue goal. Throughout his 5 years at Service Express, Nate has been hard-working, diligent and humble, all while remaining committed to our people-powered culture. Nate says, "For every new customer agreement, there were anywhere from 2-100 other people involved, and the way we all come together as a team to put every piece in place is truly amazing."
